Raised in East London, Jay has previous experience in administrative support for an accountancy firm, as well as experience in customer service roles.

Qaisar is one of our Technical Supervisors and joined the team in April 2019. Prior to joining Debt Free Advice Qaisar worked as a Debt Advisor for a number of years.

Shabana is a debt adviser working at Barking and Dagenham Citizens Advice Bureau, since December 2018. Prior to this, she worked as a generalist adviser.

Victoria has over 11 years experience as an advisor. She works with various groups of clients especially the homeless and people with mental health conditions.

Liam joined Debt Free Advice in April 2021 and, in his role as Head of Strategy, Insights and Systems, he leads on culture, innovation and marketing.

Necla is one of our Quality Assurance Managers, supporting partners located in South and East London. She joined the team in November 2019.

Sharaf is our Partnership & Compliance Manager for Central and East London and supports Debt Free Advice's partner organisations to provide high-quality advice.

Matt is the Managing Director of Debt Free Advice and has led the service since January 2019. He is responsible for ensuring we can offer free, expert advice to over 24,000 people each year.

Soomaiya is a member of the Debt Free Advice team based at Fair Money Advice supporting clients in Dalston, Bromley, Brixton.

Prior to Ben joining Debt Free Advice he worked for a Building Society in Sheffield.

Amaka is our Head of Grant Delivery. Prior to joining the team in August 2016, Amaka was a Grant Manager at a non-departmental public body.

Christian is a Debt Advisor who joined the team in July 2020. He is an LLB (Hons) graduate and has previous welfare benefits experience with Toynbee Hall Legal Advice Centre.

Clive is a member of the Debt Free Advice team coming from an advice service provided by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham council, for the borough's residents.
